WHEATON, IL —

Wheaton City Council unanimously approved a 1,580-square-foot Popeyes — with drive-thru — at 1815 Main St., the location that's been sitting empty since Dunkin' Donuts left. No construction start date has been announced, but the special use permit is locked in.
